A Georgian 18th Century Lancashire oak mule chest, quarter columns, drawers crossbanded in mahogany with loop brass handles, bracket feet, width 169cm, depth 52cm & height 109cm.
Condition: Flip top lid with possible later supports added to underside of lid,
2 left side drawers with locks present and one key, 2 right side drawers with no locks, lower right side drawer has a small section missing (possibly mouse eaten), drawer above has old deep scratch to front, back right bottom corner has old chip above leg with small section missing, other small old chips to a couple of drawer fronts, some old stains to top, structurally sound all round, good patination and colour overall.
