A Victorian mahogany breakfront bookcase, circa 1860, with cornice top, scroll supports and moulded detail to glazed doors, the interior with adjustable shelves, above frieze drawers and lower cabinets, height 260cm, width 258cm and depth 62cm.
Good colour and condition. There are some small losses of veneer, mostly the bottom of the glazed doors, small section of beading missing from central panelled door, light surface marks and scratches throughout, drill holes from previous handles, veneers splits and losses etc. Interior bookcase depth 25cm & 33cm.
