£200
A continental rosewood and mahogany chest of drawers moulded drawer fronts with parquetry inlay, width 128cm, depth 56cm & height 102cm.
Late 19th century with later elements, the top has possibly been replaced.
Good overall condition, all drawers are well fitted and open and close smoothly, very little wear to the runners. There are some surface marks to the top and some slight age related splitting to the sides. There is some evidence of old repairs where beading has been glued back on and one small piece of beading from the right hand side is present in one of the drawers. There is one single old woodworm hole to the right hand side which doesn't appear to be active.
