A William & Mary/Queen Anne eight day long case clock, arabesque marquetry inlaid case, the hood with fret work and twist pillars, the brass five pillar movement striking on single bell (missing), brass and steel 10 3/4" dial signed Matt Vauloue (Matthew Vanlove/Vanloue 1689-1708), height 224cm.
Condition - various old repairs and wear, moulding on door lifting, later smaller bun feet, finials missing, bell missing. There are weights present but no pendulum, untested.
