A 19th century French gilt wood salon armchair with pale green upholstery, height 97cm, width 70cm.
Condition: wear to wood show frame throughout with age, front legs more so than rear, joints becoming separated in places, upholstery with minor stains to front seat and arms, however no major damage, a little play in arms, creeks slightly when sat on, generous wear to gilding (bare wood in places), probable repair to frame when re-upholstered, front section slightly dropped down.
