An antique black opal and diamond pendant, the central millegrain set opal cabochon measuring approximately 14.5mm x 11.8mm, rounded bottom, depth 4.4mm, filigree border set with four Old European cut diamonds, clover cluster drop with three further Old European cut diamonds, total approximate diamond weight 0.75 carats, marked '18ct', length 45mm, weight 5.5g, on rope twist and bead chain with bolt ring clasp marked '9ct', length 38cm, weight 5.4g, gross weight 10.9g.
Condition - diamonds bright and lively, slight hint of yellow in a couple of the stones, one with surface reaching fracture, another with nibbles to girdle, minor inclusions visible with 10x loupe, appears damage/repair free, minor wear to chain.
