Edward Hughes (British 1832-1908), mid length portrait depicting a young lady wearing a white gown, oil on canvas (laid on board), 41cm x 56cm, signed and dated 1894 verso, gilt frame 52cm x 67cm.
Condition - canvas has been cut down and stuck to board, signature and date is on a piece of canvas which has been stuck to reverse of board, no evidence of restoration, minor losses.
